Shipping destinations:

• We ship both domestic and worldwide.

Customs/Imports/VAT fees

• Customers are responsible for any added shipping fees such as customs, imports, or VAT taxes and or fees. 

Carriers

• Orders ship via USPS.

Insurance

• Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail come with $100 of shipping insurance. 
• If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please message us before you order. 

Shipping Issues

• Orders ship via USPS. Any shipping issues (lost packages, delays, etc.) must be taken up with the carrier. Lonewolf Customs does not have control over the carrier's shipping capabilities. Lonewolf Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly encourage our customers to ship via a method that comes with insurance (USPS Priority Mail) and contact us if they would like to add additional insurance to their purchase as to over the full value of their purchase. 

Order Fulfillment times:

It is important to us to get you your item(s) as soon as possible. Please understand that all of our items are handmade and that there is a high amount of care and craftsmanship that goes into each order to ensure each order meets our high standards on quality that Lonewolf Customs is known for worldwide. Keep in mind that after a sale or around a holiday, the order count increases and therefore both order fulfillment and shipping times may increase. 

Different items will be fulfilled depending on their availability. Below are some of the estimated fulfillment times. (Order fulfillment means package leaving Lonewolf Customs HQ). 

Helmets

• Raw cast helmets without special services added typically ship within one week. 
• Helmets with cut out services typically ship in 1-2 weeks.
• Helmets with fully painted services typically ship in 4-6 weeks. 

Wizard Wear

• Quidditch robes typically ship in 3-4 weeks

Other Items:

• Items that are ready made typically ship in 2-3 business days
• Other made to order items typically take 1-2 weeks. 
• If you have any questions on specific orders or lead times, please contact us via our Facebook page. 

Shipping Times:

Item(s) are mailed out via USPS. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, shipping transit times are up to the carrier; we have no control over delays, slow downs, etc. by the carrier, so we cannot make any guarantees on delivery speed or delivery time. We recommend checking in with the carrier for known delays, etc. 

Change of Address:

If you need to make any change to your shipping address, you must contact us BEFORE your item(s) ship. The buyer understands that they are responsible for this update. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be recalled. If the buyer no longer has access to that address, they are still responsible for the cost of the item(s). No refunds will be offered due to buyer negligence. 

Shipping Fees

Shipping Fees are non refundable once an item has been handed off to the carrier. In the event Lonewolf Customs does allow for product(s) return or refund (either partial or in whole), shipping fees are never refundable as the fee has already been paid to the shipping carrier and cannot be recouped by Lonewolf Customs. The customer is always responsible for shipping fees. 

All sales are final, no returns are accepted. Items are custom made to order and therefore we have a strict no refund policy. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or returns are accepted. A cancellation *may* be allowed if no work has been started on the order, however once any work has begun any monies paid are non refundable as these are custom made to order items.

We do have sales from time to time, however we do not have an available calendar for when the next sale will be. Please follow us on our social media accounts to stay up to date. 

If you purchase an item and it goes on sale afterward, we do not refund any portion of the purchase to match the sale price. Items are sold at the current rate at the time of purchase. 

What size helmet should I order?

While the measurements are listed for the helmets, please note that these are (unless otherwise mentioned) exterior measurements. Helmets are hand cast and therefore the thickness between helmets may vary, but are typically about 1/4" thick. We recommend going off of your hat size; the recommended maximum hat size per helmet is mentioned on each helmet's page.

How do I know what size hat I wear?

We recommend measuring your head for a hat such as these instructions here. 

Will the helmet fit over my glasses?

We cannot guarantee helmets will fit over any personal styling such as glasses, hair styles, etc. due to the various shapes and sizes of these items.

How do I finish my helmet (sanding, priming, painting, etc)?

We recommend following the instructions on Mandalorian Costuming's google site here. Lonewolf Customs helped prepare much of the content on this site and is therefore Lonewolf approved!
